11th Sunday of Matthew
We had enough people sign up for church this morning that I stayed home with the girls. Got most of the laundry folded and ran some more. Lucia emptied the dishwasher. The living room feels like it will allow me to breathe and walk again.
I had to separate the chickens, and I think this let the younger pullets destress a bit and ensure they got access to food and water.
I got a rest in and did some AFR, and after vespers I weeded more in the tomato patch. Father took a lovely video as a sample of the children's game of running up and down the hill in the backyard, with rules about taking turns and when it was time to walk and when to run, and for the most part they enjoyed themselves immensely and in pure innocence, which was a joy to finish out the day. I am so glad I have a little keepsake with their giggles and shouts and beaming, happy faces.
